Carrie was not happy with her current position. She did not feel challenged or appreciated but did not know how to initiate changes that she desired. She worked with a Right Action coach to get clarity, develop goals and take action.

Carrie tapped into her creative consciousness and imagined a new future. She translated her ideas into a vision board and identified her strengths, interests, passions and practical needs. She visualized herself in this new role  that aligned with her strengths and values. She created a road map, outlined specific resources that she needed and started her search.  She met weekly with her coach to assess her progress. Within 3 months Carrie landed a new position which included an increase in pay and the flexibility needed to meet her personal commitments.
